1. Valentine’s Fun Run Feb. 11th

Grab your sweetie, friend or running buddy and join the Be My Valentine 5K. This race features hot chocolate and cupcakes and the route goes down the cultural trail. You can register online and packet pickup is on Friday at Pat a Cake and Cookies too.

Valentine’s Dinner at the Perk Up Cafe

This intimate meal is only available for 24 guests. The meal consists of seven courses and the ambiance is as romantic as the food is delicious.

Galentine’s Day

We can thank Leslie Knope of the Parks and Rec sit-com for creating this marvelous holiday. It is a day to celebrate friendship and waffles. Of course, we can all put our own spin on it, maybe instead of waffles, you would like to enjoy a cold beer and nice burger with your gal pals? If that is the case, then stop by St. Joseph Brewery and Public House on Feb. 9th between 6:30 and 8 p.m.

Family Fun on Valentine’s Day

Nothing is sweeter than a Valentine made by a child. If you want to say I love you, right back you can take them to Peewinkle’s Puppet Studio for the Valentine’s Cabaret. There will be shows starting on Friday, Feb. 10th and running through Tuesday the 14th.

Love Sux Howl Party

Maybe this hasn’t been a great year on the romantic front? Maybe you are a confirmed bachelor or bachelorette for life? Then you may want to head down to Howl at the Moon for the Love Sux Howl Party. It is fun and sometimes helpful to hang out with folks just like you on Valentine’s Day.
